Processing & Handling Time
All orders are made to order and processed before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your print every step of the way. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at hello@prntstudios.com.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping to the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, and the EU, with no minimum order required. We have fulfilment facilities across multiple countries, so your order is always dispatched from the location closest to you, keeping delivery times fast.
Shipping costs for Rest of World destinations are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Important Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. Shipping times may also be affected by customs processing, holidays, or high demand periods.
Shipping Protection
Every order is covered by full shipping protection. If your print arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement straight away at no charge. If your order is lost in transit, we'll resend it at no cost to you — just get in touch and we'll sort it. If your order has not arrived within 10 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@prntstudios.com.
